Grid Pay Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Grid Pay mobile app, website, and related services. By using Grid Pay, you agree to these Terms.
Overview
If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About Grid Pay
Grid Pay helps users access solar energy credits and apply those credits toward KSEB electricity bill payments. The app may let you verify your phone number, add KSEB consumer numbers, view bills, estimate solar access, track credits, make or record payments, and view transaction history.
Grid Pay is not KSEB and is not presented as an official KSEB app. KSEB bill data, consumer account status, due dates, charges, and payment acceptance may depend on KSEB systems and other third-party providers.
Eligibility
You may use Grid Pay only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using payment-related services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Grid Pay complies with applicable laws.
Your Account
You may need to verify your phone number using an OTP or other authentication method. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account access secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone who has access to your device, phone number, OTPs, or account credentials. Do not share OTPs or security credentials with anyone.
KSEB Consumer Numbers and Bill Information
You may add one or more KSEB consumer numbers to Grid Pay. You represent that you are authorized to access and use any consumer number or electricity account information you add.
Bill amounts, due dates, units consumed, account status, and other bill details may be fetched, estimated, cached, or displayed based on available information. You remain responsible for checking official KSEB records and paying bills on time.
Solar Credit Estimates
Grid Pay may calculate solar access size, solar access cost, monthly credit estimates, units generated, credit validity, and bill offset estimates based on information such as your average bill amount and Grid Pay's calculation assumptions.
Solar credit estimates are informational and may not be guaranteed. Actual credits, savings, bill offsets, costs, timelines, eligibility, and availability may vary based on plan terms, energy generation, utility rules, operational conditions, taxes, fees, and other factors.
Payments and Transactions
Grid Pay may allow you to pay or record electricity bills using available solar credits and, where applicable, an additional cash amount. You authorize us and our service providers to process, record, and display payment and transaction information needed to complete the service.
You are responsible for reviewing payment details before confirming a transaction. Payments may be subject to processing delays, failures, reversals, third-party provider terms, banking network rules, utility posting timelines, and applicable fees.
Unless required by law or stated in a specific offer or plan, fees and payments may be non-refundable once a service has been provided, credits have been allocated, or a payment has been submitted for processing.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Grid Pay reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time availability. Features may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.
The app may sometimes display delayed, cached, estimated, demo, or unavailable information, especially when third-party systems are unavailable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Grid Pay for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity.
- Add KSEB consumer numbers or account information you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to bypass security, authentication, limits, or payment controls.
