Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to request cancellation of an eligible Grid Pay service or plan.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

General Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an eligible Grid Pay service or plan by contacting us before the service, payment, credit allocation, or activation is completed. Cancellation requests are subject to the terms that apply to the relevant service and may not be possible after processing has begun or a service has been provided.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancelling a service or plan does not automatically cancel a pending or completed electricity bill payment, reverse a credit already used, or create a right to a refund.

Any related refund will be assessed under the Refund Policy and, where applicable, the agreement governing the relevant service.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact us promptly with your name, registered phone number, the service or plan you want to cancel, and the relevant transaction or receipt reference. We may request additional information to verify your identity, account, or request.

We will confirm whether your cancellation request can be completed and explain any next steps. A cancellation request is not effective until we confirm it.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
